The Heirs of Darrel and Arlys Sewalson have awarded Sutton and Auctioneers and Land Brokers the opportunity to offer this high percentage tillable farm at auction, with the auction to be conducted “On Site” at the land located from the from the Jct. of Hwy. #34 and S. Pierce St. (478th Ave.) in Egan, SD – approx. 4 miles south on 478th Ave./Co. AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: This auction awards the opportunity to purchase a parcel of land with a very high percentage tillable that has been in the Sewalson Family for over 50 years. This land is located in a prominent agricultural area in Egan Township in Moody County, SD, lying between Egan and Trent, SD with the east side of the land lying adjacent to Moody Co. Hwy. #9A (478th Ave.). This land will be sold with the buyer to receive full possession of this land for the 2026 crop year. Additionally, this land will be sold with the added benefit of Dairy Manure applied to this land in the Fall of 2025 for the benefit of the 2026 crop year at a cost to the sellers of $13,860.00, which will pass at “NO COST” to the buyer.
