Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. All items must be removed within two (2) weeks of Auction Close unless other arrangements have been made with Auction Company and/or Seller.
Shipping Fees: Long Gun – $15 per lot; Handgun $10 per lot which includes Box, Packaging Supplies and Labor. Shipping Label Costs are separate. Buyer will receive separate email invoice for shipping fees.
ALL FIREARMS WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once items are shipped, you will be required to complete federal background check in order to receive your purchases. If you are denied for any reason, no refund will be given and firearms will be handled by Auction Company and or FFL Dealer.

Onsite Bidding wins over Online Bidding in instances where a ‘tied up’ or ‘locked’ bid arises. Auctioneer has final discretion in any disputes.
