LOAD OUT DAYS for auction items:
Tuesday July 21st & Wednesday July 22nd, 2026 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay for all items at Zielsdorf Auction Clerking Trailer on loading dates specified. If items are not picked up on specified days, credit card on file will be charged and items will be forfeited at buyers “bidders” expense after 30 Days unless prior arrangements are made.

Unless Noted Title/Bill Of Sale Or Lifetime License Item Is Sold As Is With No Title Or Registration

Minimum Title Transfer Fee $75 Paid Separately Cash Or Check Only

Unless stated title, bill of sale or lifetime license in description, item is sold AS-IS with NO title or registration. Some items on this auction may have added fees due to registration, license fees, and other fees required by the state of Minnesota.

(TITLE MAY BE DELAYED) Some titled items may experience delays due to outstanding lien releases or duplicate titles being requested and in transit. Buyers acknowledge that these situations may extend the time required to complete the title transfer, and due to the unknown timeframe of these processes,
ALL items must have a Paid Invoice to leave the property and must be paid for on load out dates listed.

Everything is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no guarantees or warranties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to view all items prior to purchasing. All inspections must be done BEFORE the close of the auction. If item has “TESTED AND WORKS OR RUNS” in description, it means that the item was turned on by one of the Zielsdorf Auction staff. It does not guarantee that the item works perfectly or was tested for the exact application it is used for. Once the auction is closed, buyer gives up all rights of inspecting that item before making payment. When you become the winning bidder at any type of auction, you have entered a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. The auctioneer will NOT honor “Mistakes”.

Sales tax will apply unless ST3 Form (Tax Exempt Form) is presented to clerk prior to payment.

PAYMENT-
-We accept Cash, Checks IN PERSON NO MAILING, ACH available on invoices over $200 (check by phone), Money Order and Cashier Check (no additional charges except buyer’s premium). Notice: There will be a $30.00 fee on all returned checks.
-Wire Transfer (additional $20 fee)
-Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, Discover or Mastercard) up to $1,000.00. (Additional 4% if paid with a credit card).
