Auction Closing: Monday, September 21, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM with time extensions

Pickup: Wednesday, September 23, from 2:00–6:00 PM only

TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 10% buyer’s premium will apply to all purchases.

All property sells “AS IS,” and all sales are final. Therefore, bidders must determine each item’s condition, age, genuineness, value, and suitability before bidding.

Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. may describe items through advertising, online listings, or other auction materials. However, the company makes no warranties or guarantees. Additionally, Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. is not responsible for errors or omissions unless a material and intentional misrepresentation occurs.

Bidders who place bids off site understand they may not inspect items as thoroughly as they could in person. As a result, bidders accept all items “AS IS” and acknowledge that no returns or refunds are allowed.

Furthermore, bidders waive any claim against Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. if internet service fails during this timed auction. The auction company is not responsible for missed bids from any source and reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items at any time.

AUCTION CLOSING & PICKUP
The auction begins closing Monday, September 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM with time extensions. Pickup will occur Wednesday, September 23, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM ONLY at the Ruhter West Equipment Yard, 5142 W Highway 6, Hastings, NE 68901.

All items must be picked up by 6:00 PM. Any items not picked up by that time will be forfeited by the buyer. No refunds will be granted.

PAYMENT TERMS
Buyers may pay by cash, check, or certified funds. Credit cards are accepted; however, a 5% administrative fee applies to credit-card payments.

Responsibility for purchased items transfers to the buyer upon successful purchase. Full possession will be granted only after payment has been confirmed.

SALES TAX
A 5.50% Nebraska sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption is on file with Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. This requirement applies regardless of the bidder’s state of residence. Vehicles are exempt from sales tax.

Dealers claiming tax-exempt status must complete and sign Nebraska Form 13 and email it to auctions@ruhterauction.com before the auction concludes. Tax-exempt documentation must be on file before the auction closes. Contact Ruhter Auction and Realty, Inc. if you need a copy of the form. No exceptions.

TITLE FEES
All titled vehicles and trailers will incur an additional $25 fee, which will be added to the final purchase price.
