June Antiques/Collectibles Sale
Auction Starts: June 22nd @ 10AM
Auction Ends: June 30th @ 2PM
PICK UP LOCATION: All Items will be Picked up at Landmark Realty and Auctions main office at 505 W. 4th St. in Dell Rapids, SD

PICK UP DATES: All items must be picked up on pickup days & times, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Monday July 1st from 9am-6pm ONLY

INSPECTION & PREVIEW DATES: Call Colt at 605-929-6673 to schedule a time to take a look.

PROCEDURE: Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 2pm Sunday June 30th. The close will be staggered (2 Lots every 2 minutes). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 40 seconds. This will continue until there is no activity for 1 minute.

SALES TAX: SD Sales tax will be collected on all items.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE: The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Landmark Realty & Auction does not provide shipping or transportation.
