Terms: 20%, non-refundable down payment on sale day with the balance due at closing (approximately 30 days). Seller to pay all 2024 taxes due in 2025 and 2025 to be prorated to closing day. Possession to be given at closing. Title insurance to be split equally with the exception of the lenders policy and that shall be at the expense of the buyer.
