WE WILL BE SELLING IN 3 RINGS MOST OF THE DAY
Everything will be sold “as is, where is”, with no guarantees of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
All equipment listed will be available for public inspection during office hours, we do have equipment arriving daily UP TIL THE SATURDAY PRIOR TO AUCTION DATE.
Thursday and Friday prior to the auction are THE BEST DAY to personally inspect all pieces of equipment in sale order at 2049 Business Highway 13 Murphysboro IL 62966 Canning Auctions.

NOTE: Regardless of the platform that is used to BID ONLINE a 5% Buyers premium, will be added to the hammer price. This also applies if you are bidding online but standing on our property. LIVE BID CARDS AND ONLINE BID NUMBERS ARE TWO DIFFERENT NUMBERS.
All internet bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
PAYMENT:
ALL BUYERS must make payment in FULL NO LATER THAN 5PM WEDNESDAY JUNE 11th. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, check with proper ID, cashier’s check, wire transfer, or credit card & Debit Card. CARDS will have an ADDITIONAL 4% charge.
WE NO LONGER ACCEPT MAILED PAYMENT, thank the United States Postal Service for that.
NOTE: New Items And Dealer Inventory WILL BE SUBJECT to local Tax of 7.25% . IF YOUR PURCHASE IS QUALIFIED for exemptions please discuss that at the time of check out with the office staff. If you have questions regarding sales tax please contact the office.

PICKUP & LOADING – Loaders Always on Site DURING OPERATING HOURS loading dock available Canning auctions is glad to assit with load out following the auction tilL dark.
NO LOAD OUT ON SUNDAY JUNE 8th.
Loading will also be available Monday – Friday 9-5 or by appointment following the Auction. If you cannot make these times please call 618-684-2331 to make arrangements. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading.
