Selling at “Online Only Public Auction” this quality constructed 14’x18’ cabin, 13’ tall with vaulted ceilings recently built by the CHS residential construction class. Features include wood frame construction, all steel roof, insulated, interior is finished with knotty pine, electrical is complete with cove heat, pex plumbing (no fixtures), kitchen countertop and cabinets, stainless steel sink and laminate flooring. This cabin is ready to move to your location, the remarkably spacious interior with 6’x6’ bathroom area, numerous windows for great natural lighting is waiting for your final touches.

Terms and conditions: Selling by “Online Only Auction” format. Buyer responsible for all costs of moving and transport to your location. Cabin needs to be removed from Custer School property by 5:00 pm August 16th, 2024 (no exceptions). Please have moving arrangements made prior to bidding.
