On-line auction will take place October 16, 2024. Auction begins to close out @ 6:00 p.m. CDT/5:00 p.m. MST. Auction of Personal Property items will be sold via on-line auction only and will begin to close out @ 6:30 p.m. CDT/5:30 pm MST.

Property will be sold “as-is; where-is” – no warranty of condition and is not subject to appraisal or professional inspections.

Interested buyers will have the opportunity to view the property prior to the auction and/or perform personal inspection of said property.

Applicable sales tax will apply to the sale of the personal property.

10% Buy fee on the sale of the real estate. Buyer to pay the SD professional fees tax on this commission at closing. No buy fees on the sale of the personal property items.

The high bidder will be required to present a non-refundable Earnest Money deposit of $5,000 which will be applied to the balance due at the time of closing.
