Directions to auction location from Moscow Mills, MO take Hwy. C east 9 miles to Mary Knoll OR from Old Monroe, MO take Hwy. C west 1 3/10 miles to Mary Knoll, then tur onto Mary Knoll Road and go north 3/10 of a mile to the KC Hall on the left, across from the church.

TRACT 2

The current farm tenant is going to retain possession of the crop land for the 2024 crop year with the new buyer receiving the entire owner’s share of 2024 crop income.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 10% Down sale day with the balance due and possession given at closing in 30 days or less subject to the farm tenant rights. 2024 Property taxes will be paid by the new buyer. The cost of title commitment, deed work, closing costs and title insurance will be split 50/50 between the seller and buyer.
