Auction Description:
All Things Fall Consignment Sale
Auction Opens: Friday Sept. 6th at 10am
Auction Closes: Sunday Sept. 15th at 4pm
PICK UP LOCATION: Pickup location will vary. See item description for each item location.
Firearms and Large Equipment will be picked up by appointment. Call Colt at 605-929-6673 to schedule a pickup.
Smaller items will be picked up at Landmark Realty and Auction’s main office in Dell Rapids, SD
PICK UP DATES: All items must be picked up on pickup days & times, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Monday September 16th from 10am-7pm
INSPECTION DATES: By appointment only. Call Colt at 605-929-6673.
PROCEDURE: Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 4 PM Sunday, September 15th. The close will be staggered (2 Lots every 2 minutes). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 40 Seconds. This will continue until there is no activity for 1 minute.
TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Landmark Realty & Auction does not provide shipping or transportation.
