There are wood windows with aluminum storm windows on them.The kitchen has oak cabinet and Formica counter tops, a built-in wall oven and electric range top that will stay with the house.

The is no public sewer system, the current sewer system is a septic tank and leach field. There is a nonfunctioning deep well and the house is hooked to rural water. The Panhandle Eastern Pipeline goes across the property. There is an attached one car garage with an overhead door. Other improvements include a hip-roof older livestock barn, it needs some repair. There will be no survey, we are conveying off the existing legal. This property is zoned R-1.
