Auction Opens: July 1st at 10am
Auction Closes: July 8th at 4pm
PICK UP LOCATION: Pickup location will be Landmark Realty & Auction’s office located at 505 w 4th St. in Dell Rapids, SD unless otherwise stated in item description.

Pickup Date: July 9th from 10am-7pm ONLY!!

PICK UP DATES:

All items must be picked up on pickup day & time, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.

INSPECTION DATES:
By appointment only. Call Colt at 605-929-6673.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 4 PM July 8th. The close will be staggered (2 Lots every 2 minutes). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 40 Seconds. This will continue until there is no activity for 1 minute.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Landmark Realty & Auction does not provide shipping or transportation.
