Moecker Auctions, Inc. has been commissioned to sell the assets of a completely immersive spooky glow-in-the-dark entertainment center and a full-service restaurant. This auction features a six-lane duck pin mini bowling, interactive attractions, arcades, rock climbing wall, larger-than-life creatures, animated props, specialty lighting, scenic décor with interactive elements, an unfinished laser tag area, a full-service commercial restaurant, furniture, fixtures and so much more.

Inspection | Preview:
Inspection is available on Monday, October 5 from 10 AM to 4 PM. Appointments are required.

Check-Out | Removal Dates:
October 7–October 20, from 9 AM to 4 PM (excludes weekend)

Payment Deadline:
Full payment is due by Wednesday, October 7 at 4 PM.
Payments up to $500 may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (credit or debit) with a convenience fee.
Invoices over $500 must be paid via Cash, Certified Funds, Zelle, or Wire Transfer.
Company and personal checks are not accepted.

Buyer’s Premium:
An 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning lots plus local sales tax.

Shipping:
We do not pack, ship, or transport purchases.
All buyers are responsible for removing their items within the specified time frame.
