PROPERTY LOCATION: On the west edge of Owensville, MO at the junction of Highway 28 and South Seventh Street / Highway EE, turn and go south 1/2 mile to the property on the right.

Gasconade County Real Estate Info.
The property consists of a total of 25.47 acres to be offered in three equal size tracts of 8.49 acres each with direct access and frontage on Highway EE. The tracts are all in Township 42N, Range 5W, Section 32 of Gasconade County, Missouri.

TRACTS B, C and D all consist of 8.49 surveyed acres each, all have frontage on Highway EE along the entire east end. They are basically all wooded and undeveloped.
The property joins the Owensville Industrial Park but is not in the Park nor in the City Limits of Owensville, it lies in unincorporated Gasconade County.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: 10% Down sale day with the balance due and possession given at closing in 30 days or less. The sellers will pay all the 2026 Gasconade County Property taxes, and the cost of title search, deed preparation, title insurance and closing cost will be split 50/50 between the sellers and the buyers.
