Home has 1170 Sq. ft. on main level and consist of (3) 12’ X 9’ bedrooms w/ carpet and closets, 18’ X 12’ living room, 12’ X 9’, dining area, 9’ X 7’ full bath and a 11’ X 10’ kitchen with a Frigidaire glass top electric range, microwave & Refrigerator / freezer. Also included is Maytag Commercial Tech. top load washing machine & Maytag Bravos Quiet Series 300 front load clothes dryer. Home has a Lennox Elite LP furnace w/ central air conditioning, A.O.
