Seller will have the electricity, water disconnected and close in the basement hole at the sellers expense

The cost to move the house is the buyers

Buyer is accepting the home in “AS IS” Condition.

Buyer will not have any liens or mortgages filed against this property or any property of the sellers.

Buyer will have location listed on their liability insurance policy. Buyer shall provide a copy to the seller

Buyer shall have until June 19, 2026 to have the house removed.

Buyer agrees that the amount paid on the auction is non-refundable. If house is not moved off , seller may, at sellers discretion, destroy and or remove the house.

No real estate is included with the sale. Ownership will be conveyed via a bill of sale.
