AUCTION CLOSING

PURCHASE TERMS
The minimum opening bid meets reserve requirements.
A $5,000 earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of auction closing. The balance shall be paid by cash or certified funds on or before August 27, 2026.
Example: A winning bid of $100,000 plus the 10% buyer’s premium results in a total contract price of $110,000.
Possession will be granted at closing.
