Auction Starts: July 27th, 2024 – 10:00am
Auction Ends: August 5th, 2024 – 4:00pm
Location: Items are located just outside of Dell Rapids, SD
PICK UP LOCATION:
Pickup address will be on your invoice that will be emailed to you following the sale.
Exact address for pickup will be given to winning bidders only!

PICK UP DATES
All items must be picked up on pickup days & times, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.

INSPECTION & PREVIEW DATES:

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 4pm Monday August 5th. The close will be staggered (2 Lots every 2 minutes). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 40 seconds. This will continue until there is no activity for 1 minute.
TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Landmark Realty & Auction does not provide shipping or transportation.
