Final bid is subject to seller confirmation. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the sales price. (For example – if you bid $200,000 the total contract price will be $220,000.) A payment of $10,000 earnest money will be due within 24 hours of the auction closing. The balance will be due by cash or certified funds on or before July 17, 2025. Possession will be given at closing.
