We will offer the following Parcels of Land at Public Auction onsite at FARM #1 – Located from Wolsey, SD – 3 ½ Miles N. on Hwy’s. #US-14 W/US 281N., then 7 Miles W. on Hwy. #14 (202nd St.), 2 Miles N. on 377th Ave & ½ Mile West on 200th St. to the NE Corner of the Land. From Wessington, SD – 1 ¾ Mile E. on Hwy. #14, then 1 6/10 Mile N. on 376th Ave to the SW Corner of the Farm.

FARM #1 (Sale Site): +/-154.62 Taxable Acres – LEGAL DESC.: The NW ¼ Exc. Kirk Outlot One (1) in Sec. 28, T. 112N., R. 65W. (Whiteside Twp.), Beadle County, SD – Farm #1 is located at the Jct. of 200th St. (W. Gravel Road) & 376th Ave (N. Gravel Road) at the NW Corner of the Farm.

Farm #1 is a productive parcel of land that was planted to corn in 2024. According to FSA information this +/-154.62 Acre Farm consists of approximately 148.84 acres of cropland (which may be overstated, as it appears +/-136 acres have been under cultivation recently), and this land carries a 38.21 acre corn base with a 114 Bu. PLC yield & a 19.59 acre soybean base with a 37 Bu. PLC yield. According to county assessor’s information this parcel has an overall soil rating of a .754; comparatively, information obtained from Surety Agri-Data Inc. indicates that this parcel has a productivity index of a 73.4 with over 80% being comprised of Class II Soils. (Gilbert Twp.), Hand County, SD – Located from Wessington, SD (Jct. of Hwy. #14 & 374th Ave – (Cenex Corner) – Approx. 6¼ Miles North on 374th Ave., 3¼ Miles West on 196th St., 1 Mile North on 371st Ave., then ½ Mile West on Non-Maintained 195th St. From FARM #1 – 1 Mile West on 200th St., 1 Mile North on 375th Ave., 1 Mile West on 199th St., 3¼ Miles North on 374th Ave., 3¼ Mile W. on 196th St., 1 Mile North on 371st Ave & ½ Mile West on Non-Maintained 195th St.

Farm #3 is an extremely productive parcel in Hand County, SD with Superb Soil Ratings, Good Eye Appeal, & areas which provide Recreational/Hunting & Wildlife opportunities as well.
