Directions: From Claremont, SD – go 1 mile North (Co. Hwy 20 / 410 Ave), 2 miles West (117 St.) & 1/4 mile North (408 Ave.).

Marty & Julie are terrific people who are well respected. They are great family people, good neighbors and friends to all. Marty & Julie have decided to retire and will offer their line of well kept, Tractors, Semi’s, Trailer & Machinery for sale at Live Public (In Person) Auction w/Simultaneous Online Bidding! Very Few Small Items.
Marty farmed with a neighbor. The neighbor has his own equipment and does not need Marty’s. Tractors will have fresh oil change and engine oil filters!

The sale starts at 11:00 AM with a few small items. We will move to the Live Items with Online Bidding at 11:15. The sale will not take long to sell and should be over around 12:00 noon. Be on Time!

Pre-bidding rolls into the Live Public (In Person) Auction w/Simultaneous Online Bidding on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Live / Online Auction begins at 11:00 AM.
Starting with Lot #2, items will auctioned in catalog order. A “MAX BID” may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf. This feature eliminates the need to continuously watch your bids.
INSPECTION: Viewing is encouraged prior to bidding. The Auction Company will do their best to try to answer questions but urge you to inspect all items prior to bidding and form your own opinions.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: 2 1/2% plus tax on Online & Phone Purchases.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: USD Currency. Cash, Local Bankable Check or Wire Transfer.
SALES TAX: 4.2 % Federal & State Sales Tax charged on all applicable items unless you have a South Dakota Certificate of Exemption on file with our clerks prior to check out. Exemption Certificate Tax forms available at www.state.sd.us/drr or by calling 1-800-829-9188. No refunds for tax collected if Certificate of Exemption Form is received after the scheduled settlement. Please plan accordingly.
SALES TAX ON BUYER’s PREMIUM: 6.2% State Sales Tax Charged on BUYER’S PREMIUM.
SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF PROPERTY: All payments are made to Jark/Worlie Auction Service, LLC. In person Purchases need to be settled on day of sale. Online Purchases to be settled for by Wednesday, April 1, 2026 – 4:00 PM CST to Jark/Worlie Auction Service, LLC, 221 S. 1st Street, Aberdeen, SD. All personal property becomes the buyers responsibility and risk when declared “SOLD”. NOTHING TO BE REMOVED UNTIL SETTLED FOR!
CHECKOUT & PICK UP: Items can be removed once payment has been received.
PICK UP IS BY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY. All property MUST be removed and Buyer must take possession of items no later than 4:00 PM CST, April 11, 2026 unless special arrangements are made. Any items not removed by the Buyer by the final day of removal will revert back to Auctioneer/Seller and may be resold at auction or disposed of in any manner seems to be suitable. Buyer(s) are responsible for making their own load out arrangements and/or assistance.
