Directions: From Porter Country Store, go south on First Street (Clarksville Road) towards the Clarksville Community. Go approx. 3 miles to the auction site on the east side of the road.

AUCTIONEER NOTE: McKinney Auctions has been awarded the opportunity to liquidate the estate of the late Matthew Simonds. This offering has high quality furniture and home items in addition to valuable trailers, equipment, and tools. Mr. Simonds took care of his equipment and belongings making this estate a solid offering on November 16.
