TRACT ONE
Consists of 2.5 +/- acres and a beautiful two-story, historical Antebellum homestead with Business 24 and County Road 869 access. The homestead was built in 1860 with three-course brick exterior walls. Improvements to the home include a new metal roof, gutters, and wrap-around covered porch. The home is a 2,430 sq. ft. home with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room and laundry room. There are tall ceilings and beautiful woodwork throughout the home. The carpeted kitchen has updated appliances and wood cabinets. There is forced air and propane heat in the home along with a fireplace in the dining room. The carpeted dining room and living room both have large windows with wallpaper on drywall accented with wood finishes. The bathroom on the main level includes tile flooring with shower, sink and toilet. There is also a laundry room area on the main level with vinyl flooring and wood cabinets.
