Auction Terms & Conditions
The homes are being sold through separate online-only public auction listings at the seller’s direction. These are privately owned homes and are not bank-owned, lender-owned or the result of foreclosure proceedings.

Each home has its own bidding process. A bid placed on one home does not include or affect the other home. Bidders interested in purchasing both houses must register and place bids on each listing separately.

The list price for each home is the suggested opening bid only and meets reserve. The final purchase price will be determined through competitive online bidding and is subject to seller confirmation.

A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid on each home to determine the total contract price.

Example: A winning bid of $50,000 results in a $55,000 contract price before applicable sales tax.

The sale price is subject to applicable sales tax.

A $1,000 earnest money payment for each home purchased is due within 24 hours of the auction closing. The remaining balance must be paid by cash or certified funds on or before November 20, 2026. Possession will be given at closing.

Each home sells AS IS, WHERE IS and must be relocated from its current property no later than April 1, 2027. The sale is not contingent upon the buyer obtaining financing, permits, transportation services, a foundation site or approval to place the home at another location.
