Terms
Invoices will be sent a few hours after the auction closes. Items must be picked up Tuesday, October 29th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Items must be paid for during the pickup time on site, or the day before pickup. A clerk will be on site during the pickup time to collect payment. Buyers may also pay the day before at our office before 5:00 PM at 317 4th Street, Brookings. Anyone who purchases a long gun must be 18 years of age.. Anyone who purchases a handgun, AR, or a style similar to an AR must be 21 years of age and a South Dakota resident. Anyone who purchases ammunition for shotguns and rifles must be 18 years of age. Anyone who purchases ammunition for any other firearms must be 21 years of age. The buyer of any gun or ammunition must be the one who picks up and pays for it. Proper identification will be required to be shown for anyone purchasing any firearm or ammunition. All sales are final, and all items are sold as is, where is. Cash, check and card are accepted for payment. All sales are subject to a 5% online buyer’s fee, and an applicable sales tax will be applied to items. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all card payments. Buyers must register through our website with Nextlot to bid online. All items must be paid for before removal. Statements made and descriptions provided are believed accurate but not guaranteed. Buyers are responsible to conduct their due diligence. Auctioneers are not responsible for theft or accidents.
