Seller’s Note: I have thoroughly enjoyed this property for many years, but the
time has come for me to downsize my personal property and pass this property on
to my family. I therefore will be offering the following items for public auction.

Auctioneer’s Note: Phyllis and her late husband Ray Kirkhorn have been main
stays in the Aitkin Area for many years. They purchased the Security State Bank
in the early 1970’s and have lived in Aitkin ever since retiring in the 1990’s. The
Kirkhorn’s have been lifelong friends of the Janzen family and we are honored to
conduct this auction for their family. Phyllis collected everything under the sun for
many years. There is certain to be many buried treasures in this Auction. Be certain to attend and bring a friend.
