Seller agrees to provide clear title to property. Cost to close title transaction will be divided equally between Buyer and Seller. 2024 Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated as of closing date. Balance shall be paid by Buyer with certified funds on delivery of deed at Closing which is to be held at Andrew County Title Company on or before September 25, 2024 at which time Buyer will assume full possession of property.
