The property will be sold in a total dollar amount. There will be no survey done on the property, it will be sold off the existing legal description. The property has three addresses- 103, 105 and 107 – 11th Street in Crocker, MO with frontage and access off 11th Street which runs the entire length of the north side of the property with a side alley along the west side of the buildings. The Sharp property consist of basically three individual, single story, red iron buildings, all with 16 ft. side walls that are connected by a 25 ft. x 55 ft. covered , concrete dock.
