PROPERTY LOCATION: From Highway 24 on the east side of Moberly, Missouri, turn and go north on Randolph County Road 1450 for 2.5 miles to RC Road 1465, turn right and go east 1/4 mile to the Lidsky Property on the left. OR From the south edge of Cairo, MO off Highway 63, turn and go east 2 miles on RC Road 1430 to the RC Road 1450, turn right and go south 3/4 mile to RC Road 1465, turn left and go east 1/4 mile to the Lidsky Property on the left.

The Lidsky property was once a part of the Elk Creek Golf Course and there is a concrete cart path that meanders through most of the property.
The initial 2024 hay crop has been removed from the farm , beyond that there are no remaining tenants and full possession will be given at closing in 30 days.
