Tract 1
Consists of 50 +/- acres with frontage and access directly off RCR 2005 that runs along the entire south side of the tract. The property is primarily all open and has been used for permanent pasture and hay production. It has a beautiful, lush, thick, established stand of grass on it. The balance is in fence rows, a few scattered trees and one small piece of timber in the very northwest corner of the property. The farm is currently being leased out for grazing. There are cattle tight fences around the perimeter of the farm and division fences to divide the farm for hay production and pasturing. Rural water runs along RCR 2005.
