Property will be sold “as-is; where-is” – no warranty of condition and is not subject to appraisal or professional inspections.
Interested buyers will have the opportunity to view the property prior to the auction and/or perform personal inspection of said property.
Applicable sales tax will apply to the sale of the property.
10% Buy fee on the sale of the real estate.
No buyers fees on the sale of the personal property items.
