AUCTIONEER’S NOTES: Ross Neal has been in the auto repair business for over 50 years. He has been a very reputable mechanic and alignment specialist. He has decided to retire and offer most of his tools up for auction. This will be a lengthy one ring auction as most items will be sold individually.
