Auction Starts: April 10th, 2026 – 10:00am
Auction Ends: April 17th, 2026 – 2:00pm
Location: Dell Rapids, SD
PICK UP LOCATION:
Pickup location will be Landmark Realty & Auction’s Auction lot located at 4th St. and State Ave in Dell Rapids, SD unless otherwise stated in item description.
Large equipment will be picked up at items location, see item description for location.
Firearms will be picked up by appointment. Call Colt at 605-929-6673 to schedule a pickup.
PICK UP DATES:
All items must be picked up on pickup day & time, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 2 PM APRIL 17TH. The close will be staggered (3 Lots every 2 minutes). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 40 Seconds. This will continue until there is no activity for 1 minute.
TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Landmark Realty & Auction does not provide shipping or transportation.
