PAYMENT FORMS: CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD (3.5% added for credit cards)

BUYER WILL HAVE 5 DAYS TO CLEAN OUT THE UNIT,

$150.00 CASH CLEAN OUT & FACILITY LOCK DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN UNIT IS VERIFIED CLEAN OUT AND RETURN OF FACILITY LOCK

15% BUY FEE + SALES TAX OR A MINIMUM BUY FEE OF $25.00 BUYERS FEE FOR EACH UNIT SOLD.
