This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
This auction will have a 7% Iowa Sales Tax fee added to your purchase price unless a fully completed exemption form is completed by the buyer for a qualifying exemption. Click here for a copy of what the exemption certificate and brief list of what qualifies for exemption.
PURCHASERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT AN EXEMPT FORM IN ORDER FOR THE SALES TAX TO BE REMOVED

Bidding will close on May 14, 2026. The 1st 5 lots will start at close at 6:30 PM (Central) then additional 5 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.
Pickup date of items will be on May 15, 2026 from 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 PM (Central) at 1414 Main St., Rock Valley, IA
NOTE: Please note the scheduled pickup time listed above. If you are unable to pickup during the scheduled pickup time please make arrangements with someone else to pickup your items. If you bid and do not pick up during the scheduled pickup time for this auction a $20.00 fee will be added to your invoice at the end of the pickup night.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.
IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
