NOTE: Robert ‘Bob’ Kolb was a very good husband, father and cattleman who passed away unexpectantly this past May. We are offering the Kolb’s Livestock Equipment, ATV’s, Side by Side, Pickup, Trailers and Hay for sale via Live Public Auction w/Simultaneous Online Bidding on select items.

This sale has a really good stock trailer along with an excellent stack mover, calf shelters, ATV’s & more! Bob bought things in quantities and will have brand new 55 gal. barrels of oil as well as brand new jugs of anti-freeze, DEF, wiper fluid and more!

We will have 1 hour of small items, older equipment and hay and will then break and move on to the Equipment with Live / Online Bidding at 11:00. We will resume selling any older equipment after the good equipment.

30 (+/-) Round Bale Stacks – NOTE: Almost all are grass bales. Stacks will vary in bale count and condition. Some bales are twine tie, others net wrap. The stacks will vary from ’26 hay on down to older hay (seller is unsure of years). A few bales have been recently tested. Stacks will need to be moved with a stack mover.

TERMS:
Pre-bidding rolls into the Live Public (In Person) Auction w/Simultaneous Online Bidding on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Live Auction begins at 10:00 AM. Live Auction w/Online Bidding begins at 11:00 AM.

Starting with Lot #2, items will auctioned in catalog order. A “MAX BID” may be placed on any item and the computer will bid on your behalf. This feature eliminates the need to continuously watch your bids.

INSPECTION: Viewing is encouraged prior to bidding. The Auction Company will do their best to try to answer questions but urge you to inspect all items prior to bidding and form your own opinions.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: 2 1/2% plus tax.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: USD Currency. Cash, Local Bankable Check or Wire Transfer.

SALES TAX: 4.2 % Federal & State Sales Tax charged on all applicable items unless you have a South Dakota Certificate of Exemption on file with our clerks prior to check out. Exemption Certificate Tax forms available at www.state.sd.us/drr or by calling 1-800-829-9188. No refunds for tax collected if Certificate of Exemption Form is received after the scheduled settlement. Please plan accordingly.

SALES TAX ON BUYER’s PREMIUM: 6.2% State Sales Tax Charged on BUYER’S PREMIUM.

SETTLEMENT & TRANSFER OF PROPERTY: All payments are made to Jark/Worlie Auction Service, LLC. In person Purchases need to be settled on day of sale. Online Purchases to be settled for by Friday, October 30, 2026 – 4:00 PM CST to Jark/Worlie Auction Service, LLC, 221 S. 1st Street, Aberdeen, SD. All personal property becomes the buyers responsibility and risk when declared “SOLD”. NOTHING TO BE REMOVED UNTIL SETTLED FOR!

CHECKOUT & PICK UP: Items can be removed once payment has been received.

PICK UP IS BY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT ONLY. Machinery, Vehicles, Trailers & Equipment MUST be removed and Buyers must take possession of items no later than 4:00 PM CST, November 7, 2026. Hay must be removed by November 24, 2026. Any items not removed by the Buyer by the final day of removal will revert back to Auctioneer/Seller and may be resold at auction or disposed of in any manner seems to be suitable. Buyer(s) are responsible for making their own load out arrangements and/or assistance.

REGISTRATION: Bidder must be 18 years of age or older and are required to register for the auction.
