This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

Bidding will close on July, 10, 2024. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 5 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.
Pickup date of items will be on July 11, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. – 6:00 PM (Central) at 312 S Main St., Inwood, IA 51240
TERMS FOR PURCHASE OF FIREARM: Cash, check, Cashiers check/ wire transfer. No credit cards/debit cards will be accepted for firearm purchase. All sales final. all items will be sold as is, where is, with any and all defects, and no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the items prior to bidding. All purchases made online must be paid for by the end of the next business day following the auction and picked up within 2 weeks.
PICKUP OF FIREARM WILL BE LOCATED AT TODD’S TRUE VALUE IN INWOOD. PLEASE CONTACT TODD @ 712-470-2466 TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS. $30.00TRANSFER FEE PER GUN.
Special Terms: ALL BUYERS MUST BE ABLE TO LEGALLY POSSESS A FIREARM AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A BACKGROUND CHECK FOR ALL PURCHASES. EACH BUYER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY A $30.00 FEE PER GUN TO THE FFL DEALER FOR PROCESSING (IF BUYER HAS AN FFL LICENSE THE BUYER WILL STILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $30.00 TRANSFER FEE). ALL PISTOLS/REVOLVERS PURCHASED BY BUYERS FROM OUT OF STATE MUST BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER IN THE BUYERS STATE. BUYER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS OF SHIPPING AND ANY FEES CHARGED BY THE BUYERS FFL DEALER. BUYERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PICKUP UP A PISTOL/REVOLVER AT THE PICKUP TIME IF THEY ARE FROM OUT OF STATE. RIFLES AND SHOTGUNS MAY BE PICKED UP AT THE PICKUP TIME FROM BUYERS OUT OF STATE.
SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL ITEMS EXCEPT AMMUNITION. NO FIREARM WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO A PURCHASER. ALL BUYERS WILL PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OF ANY ITEM PURCHASED. ALL FIREARMS PURCHASED THAT NEED TO BE SHIPPED WILL BE SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FFL DEALER OF THEIR CHOICE IN THEIR STATE TO BE PICKED UP. NO FIREARM WILL BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO A BUYER. ALL BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL FEES INCURRED THROUGH SHIPPING AND ANY FEES CHARGED BY THE BUYERS FFL DEALER AND BY THE BUYERS STATE.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.
IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
