This online auction includes a wide selection of HVAC equipment and air-conditioning supply inventory including air conditioners, air handlers, heat pumps, water heaters, mini-split systems, HVAC components, replacement parts, installation materials, technician tools, warehouse equipment, pallet racking, pallet jacks, compressors, shelving, office equipment, office furniture, showroom inventory, trucks and much more.

Inspection | Preview:
Inspection is available on Friday, April 17 and Tuesday, April 21, from 10 AM to 4 PM. Appointments are required.

Pick-Up | Removal Location:
1881 Old Okeechobee Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33409

Check-Out | Removal Dates:
April 23–April 29, from 9 AM to 4 PM (excludes weekend)

Payment Deadline:
Full payment is due by Thursday, April 23, at 4 PM.
Payments up to $500 may be made by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (credit or debit) with a convenience fee.
Invoices over $500 must be paid via Cash, Certified Funds, Zelle, or Wire Transfer.
Company and personal checks are not accepted.

Buyer’s Premium:
An 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning lots plus local sales tax.

Shipping:
We do not provide packing, shipping, or transportation services. All buyers are responsible for removing their purchases within the designated time frame. A list of recommended rigging companies is available upon request.
