This Will Be A Live Virtual Auction Which Will Be A Live Auctioneer Conducting The Auction With All Bidding Conducted Online During A Simulcast Auction Event! There Will Not Be An In Person Option For Bidding
Live Virtual Online Only Auction Will Be Held On April 14, 2026 Starting At 10:30 A.M.– This will be a live virtual auction ring with all bidding taking place on line with a live auctioneer running the auction. This ring will feature equipment items!
Small Items Will Be Sold On A Separate Ring Of An Online Only Auction Ending At 3:o0 P.M. On April 14, 2026
All Applicable sales tax will be charged on this auction. SD Sales tax will be charged on all items located in SD unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. MN Sales tax will be charged on all items located in MN unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles/trailers(Tax will be due upon registration)
This auction will have a 7% Iowa Sales Tax fee added to your purchase price unless a fully completed exemption form is completed by the buyer for a qualifying exemption. Click here for a copy of what the exemption certificate and brief list of what qualifies for exemption.

Pickup Will Be arranged once payment has been made and verified and paid invoice has been sent. Contact information for the owner or designated contact person for pickup will be on the final paid invoice.
Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48HRS OF PURCHASE AND MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ITEM LOCATION IS LISTED BY EACH LOT AND SOME LOTS MAY HAVE A
