This Will Be A Live Virtual Auction Which Will Be A Live Auctioneer Conducting The Auction With All Bidding Conducted Online During A Simulcast Auction Event!

NOW ACCEPTING CONSIGNMENTS! Many items Already Consigned Including A Nice Retirement Line From Orange City, IA!

Auction Will Be Held On April 15, 2025 Starting At 10:30 A.M.– This will be a live virtual auction ring with all bidding taking place on line with a live auctioneer running the auction. This ring will feature equipment items!

Small Items Will Be Sold On A Separate Ring Of An Online Only Auction Ending At 5:00 P.M. On April 15, 2025
Consignment Deadline is March 21, 2025
This auction will have a 5% buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.
All Applicable sales tax will be charged on this auction. SD Sales tax will be charged on all items located in SD unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. MN Sales tax will be charged on all items located in MN unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles/trailers(Tax will be due upon registration)

CATALOG #1 (Virtual Simulcast Auction) *Pre Bidding will close on April 15, 2024 @10:00 A.M.-the Virtual Simulcast auction will start at 10:30 A.M. (Central)
CATALOG #2 (Online Only Auction) Bidding will close on April 15, 2025. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 2:00 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.

INVOICING: All invoices will be sent out after the auction is fully completed. Please do not call to make payment until the auction is completed.
Payment Contact: Zomer Company Auctions at 712-476-9443 during business hours which are M-F from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. CST. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48 HOURS FOLLOWING AUCTION.
Pickup Will Be arranged once payment has been made and verified and paid invoice has been sent. Contact information for the owner or designated contact person for pickup will be on the final paid invoice.
Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48HRS OF PURCHASE AND MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ITEM LOCATION IS LISTED BY EACH LOT AND SOME LOTS MAY HAVE A SPECIFIC PICKUP TIME. Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment. Any back registration if any will be the responsibility of the buyers.
