This will be an online only auction of welding equipment, metal working equipment, tractor and more!

DESCRIPTION
This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

Bidding will close on June 11, 2025-the 1st lots will start at close at 5:30 PM (Central)
Pickup date of items will be on June 12, 2025 from 3:00 to 6:30 PM. at 2011 10th St., Rock Valley, IA 51247. All small items must be removed at this time. Machines will be given 2 weeks to remove the machines from the property.
NOTE: Please note the scheduled pickup time listed above. If you are unable to pickup during the scheduled pickup time please make arrangements with someone else to pickup your items. If you bid and do not pick up during the scheduled pickup time for this auction a $20.00 fee will be added to your invoice at the end of the pickup night with the exception of the large machines
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.
IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
