This auction will have a 10% Internet buyers premium with a $750.00 cap fee per item.

Bidding will close on May 21, 2025. The 1st 3 lots will start at close at 5 PM (Central) then additional 3 batch increments will close every 2 minutes thereafter until the final lots are closed.
Pickup date of items will be on May 22, 2025 from 4:30 to 6:30 PM (Central) at30071 484th Ave., Hawarden, IA
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE SCHEDULED TIME ABOVE. PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED TIMES ABOVE.
IF THE ABOVE SCHEDULED PICKUP TIME DOES NOT WORK FOR YOU PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO PICKUP YOUR ITEMS AT THE SCHEDULED TIME PRIOR TO BIDDING.
ALTERNATE PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS: Please call our office @ 712-476-9443 for alternate pickup arrangements. Must be scheduled & approved prior to bidding!
Terms: Cash, check, credit card(incurs an additional 3% fee). All items are sold as is, where is, with any and all defects. No warranties are expressed or implied. Auction company does not test any items for functionality.
NOTE: Please note the scheduled pickup time listed above. If you are unable to pickup during the scheduled pickup time please make arrangements with someone else to pickup your items. If you bid and do not pick up during the scheduled pickup time for this auction a $20.00 fee will be added to your invoice at the end of the pickup night.
A $20.00 fee will be added to bidder invoices who do not pick up items during the scheduled pickup hours for the auction.
