All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Please review all descriptions and photos carefully before bidding. This is an auction sale conducted by Booker Auction Co. Ziggy’s Home Improvement stores will not accept returns, exchanges, or offer store credit for auction purchases.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PROCESSING
All invoices totaling $500 or less will be automatically charged to the payment method on file following the conclusion of the auction.

STRICT REMOVAL DEADLINE
All purchased items MUST be picked up by Wednesday, November 11 at 4:00 PM. Removal deadlines will be strictly enforced. Please plan accordingly before placing your bids.

Online Only Auction

Bidder Approval
A credit card will be required to register. A $250 authorization hold is placed on the card on file.

Buyer’s Premium
10% Buyer’s Premium on individual lots
Bid Extension Bidding extends 3 minutes each time a new bid is placed. Each lot will not close until bidding activity is complete on that lot.

Linked Lots
Like-kind items may be linked, shown by coordinating letters on linked lots. Linked lots will not close until all bidding activity is complete in that linked set.

Payments
Invoices and payment instructions will be provided after the auction. Invoices of $500 or less will automatically be charged to your card on file. No onsite payment will be accepted.

Removal
All items must be removed by Wednesday, November 11 at 4:00 PM. Pickup dates and times are listed on the Removal tab.

Idaho State Sales Tax (6%) applies.

Doc Services Fee
A Documentary Service Fee of up to $200 may be added to the sales price or capitalized cost of each vehicle.
