This auction will have a 10% buyers premium with a $1000.00 cap fee per item.
All Applicable sales tax will be charged on this auction. SD Sales tax will be charged on all items located in SD unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. MN Sales tax will be charged on all items located in MN unless a valid exemption form is completed and returned. Sales tax will not be charged on titled vehicles/trailers(Tax will be due upon registration). IA sales tax will apply when applicable

Pickup Will Be arranged once payment has been made and verified and paid invoice has been sent. Contact information for the owner or designated contact person for pickup will be on the final paid invoice.
Terms: Payment may be made through a wire transfer, cashiers check, Cash or credit card(Credit card incurs a 3% fee if used). Payment by mailing a check is not an acceptable form of payment. All sales final. All items sold as is, where is, with any and all defects and no warranties expressed or implied. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WITHIN 48HRS OF PURCHASE AND MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN 2 WEEKS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. ITEM LOCATION IS LISTED BY EACH LOT AND SOME LOTS MAY HAVE A SPECIFIC PICKUP TIME. Titles will be mailed out 10 to 20 business days after final payment.
